Karen has attended several seminars in regards to agility, clicker training, animal behavior, tracking and PWD water work. Karen is also a certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and believes that every owners goal for their dog should be to pass the CGC test.
Karen is a member of the Portuguese Water dog Club of Greater Chicagoland and the Portuguese Water Club of America. Within these clubs she is involved in the PWD Health Foundation and Georgie Project with her PWD, Brutus.
Karen resides with her Comrades in Crime in Speedway, IN. She is currently competing in agility, rally obedience, PWD water and soon tracking.

Mark, human partner he keeps me grounded and support me in my wacky endeavors. He runs Brutus in agility.
Pete, Bichon Frise, male D.O.B 8/5/00. He is my angel of the pack, my heart and soul. Some say he is spoiled; I like to think he is well loved. His titles thus far: CGC, MXJ, MX (AKC); UGAII & UGAI (UKC). Pete competes in Agility only, maybe one day he will compete in Rally Obedience.
Timber Oaks Baby Face Brutus, aka Brutus, Portuguese Water Dog, male D.O.B. 3/23/03. He is my energizer bunny of the pack every essence of the working dog. His titles thus far: CGC, NA, OAJ, RN (AKC), JWD, AWD, WWD (PWD Water). Brutus competes in Agility, Rally Obedience, PWD Water and soon tracking. Brutus is also certified in the Delta Society program he is able to visit hospitals and nursing homes.
Timber Oaks Wiggly Wrigley RN, aka Wrigley, Portuguese Water Dog, male D.O.B. 11/18/04. He is my couch potato of the pack. Wrigley came to me as a rescue (or return to breeder) in Oct. 05. We are not sure if he will compete in any events, currently he is practicing in Agility, Rally Obedience and PWD Water. My plan is for him to take the CGC test and compete in Rally.
Sid, Papillion -- D.O.B. sometime in July. Sid is a retired Champion and is the old man of the pack. Sid does not compete in any performance events; he enjoys his days as a lap dog.
